• Heritage Wing: The heritage wing of the hotel has mainly followed the traditional Nallukettu style of living. According to the Nallukettu lifestyle, there is a water body attached with the living rooms. There are mainly three kinds of the rooms this wing of the hotel offers, the superior room, superior lake view room and the suites. The superior rooms are mainly equipped with the king and queen beds, which are ideal for the stay of the families. Lastly, named after the famous cities of the world, the suites offer different living areas and bedrooms.
• Villas: The villas of Raviz Kollam are signified by the two private villas overlooking the lake. The main attractions of these villas are the private pools based on these villas. The décor of the villas are traditional, along with an outlook of the contemporary style. The king bed and lavish balconies are designed to provide all sort of comfort along with the excellent view of the surrounding areas. The tower block of the hotel is also designed to maintain the traditional style merging with contemporary architecture. The three main types of the rooms located in this wing of the hotels are Premium Rooms, Premium Lake View Rooms, Suite rooms.
• Traditional Cottages: The traditional cottages of the hotel are designed to provide an authentic experience of living in traditional Kerala. The two main structures of the cottages are named as Eerattupetta and Aanchal. Eerattupetta is a 200 years old structure which is imported from Eerattupetta. The architecture is kept the same to give the real taste of the authentic Kerala. On the other side, Aanchal is a 300 years old property; this special heritage structure was called “Mana’, which literally means house of the Brahmins. These traditional cottages are set to provide the real taste of Kerala, especially to the Honeymoon couples.
