Day 1

Kochi Airport to Fort Kochi

Once you reach your destination- Fort Kochi, check into the hotel and proceed for your tour to Fort Kochi. Located at a distance of 12 km from the main city in Kerala, Fort Kochi has an amazing history that still draws visitors from all over the world to its shores. On walking down the roads of Fort Kochi, you will get to see old houses built by the Portuguese, Dutch as well as British. You can start your tour from Kochi Beach, which is one of the finest beaches in Kerala and is definitely most popularly visited beach.

Day 2

• Start Point : Kochi
• End Point : Munnar

Kochi to Munnar

Checout from teh resort in Kochi after breakfast and we will proceed on a drive to Munnar and will stop in the waterfalls on the way. If elephants are sheltered at Kodanad and you can enough time after your arrival in Kochi Airport, we will arrange for an Elephant Center Visit as well. You can also stop at Neriamangalam bridge to watch Periyar river . Take pitstops on the Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls on the way to Munnar . Check into the resort and Overnight at the resort

Day 3

• Start Point : Munnar
• End Point : Thekkady

Munnar to Thekkady

Once you reach Thekkady, check into the hotel, have your breakfast and proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady- a place known for its wildlife centers which teems with animal, plant species as well as colorful birds. There are many well-known tourist destinations in Thekkady that include Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, situated on the banks of the Periyar Lake. Being the main center of attraction of Thekkady, this place lures nature and wildlife lovers from different spheres of the globe. Spread across the area of 777 Sq. km, the vegetation of the sanctuary consists of tropical evergreen and semi-evergreen forest. You can enjoy the sights of tigers, leopards, elephants, wild boars and many more. There are around 260 species of Birds available in the park that makes it a paradise for bird lovers.

Day 4

Thekkady to Alleppey Houseboat

On reaching Alleppey, check into the hotel, have your breakfast and proceed for the Alleppey tour- the land of backwaters and houseboats. Alleppey is truly a beautiful network of lagoons, canals and waterways with pristine backwaters, swaying coconut trees as well as green paddy fields and sleepy backwater villages. You can start your tour from Alleppey beach, where you can enjoy the blue waves kissing the pristine palm-fringed beach. The highlight of the beach is the 150 piers that extend into the sea. You can even visit Alleppey Lighthouse that dates back to 1862.

Alleppey to Marari

Enjoy the sunrise by the beach  and after breakfast, spend the day in local sightseeing in Marari.  Marari is a dream beach: a mile or so of pristine white sands, fringed with cool shady coconut groves and more or less empty other than a few local fishermen working the surfy Arabian Sea.Most of the guests end up on the beach or in their hammocks or reading a book in their relaxing chairs on the veranda.We can arrange for an original tour with an auto rickshaw (tuk-tuk) to visit some temples & churches in the area or visit the local coir home industry. Alleppey visits and boat tours on the Vembanad Lake and canals can also be arranged. Even Fort Kochi is not too long driving (1.15 hrs) for a day visit.Or maybe the best of all, Take a relaxing general body massage or one of the many other treatments available in the Ayurveda retreat.

Enjoy the morning at your leisure and checkout from the Beach Villa in Marari  after breakfast. Shopping on the way.  Departure in the evening.We will drop you back for the departure flight back home from  Kochi for your trip back home, feeling contended about a wonderful luxury holiday  you spent at God’s Own Country like so many of our guests.
